Reservations & Cancellations

 

Recording Studio - Rehearsal Hall - Green Screen StudioA 50% deposit must be made to book your reservation. Reservation fees must be PAID IN FULL 1 week PRIOR to the reservation date. For uses other than audio recording, a security deposit/hold authorization may be required depending on use of the space.*

Cancellation*/Reschedule Request:

  • 1 week in advance, credit of full payment amount toward future services, set to expire 1 year from issue date.
  • 72 hours in advance, credit of full payment amount toward future services, set to expire 6 mos. from date of cancellation.
  • 48 hours before, credit of full payment amount toward future services, set to expire 30 days from date of cancellation.
  • Less than 48 hours, no refund, no reschedule credit, no credit.

*A second cancellation or reschedule date will forfeit any/all credits.

Reservations made by credit card over the phone made by someone other than the person named on the reservation or presented by someone other than the card holder named on the card must be verified. We will ask for signature on the credit card receipt via email and may ask for a copy/pic of the cardholders Drivers License to verify cardholder identity. We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel services scheduled if this information cannot be verified.  No exceptions. We have the right to reschedule your session should it become necessary. If we must, your new session will be scheduled to take place within 72 hours of your original booking or on a date and time that is more convenient for you. In these cases, cancellation policies still apply.

Unexpected cancellations that involve inclement weather will be handled on a case by case basis. Does not apply to private productions.
NOTE: Reservations booked for Holidays have a different policy for payment and cancellation. Please ask.

*Security Deposit fee (Min. $125) may apply to large group reservations, half/full/multi day reservations, reservations requiring use of studio lighting and/or audio/video equipment. Non-refundable cleanup fees may apply to large parties.

Gear, PA Systems, and other Equipment Rentals A 50% deposit must be made to book your reservation. Daily rentals must be PAID IN FULL 1 week PRIOR to the reservation date. Long term rentals, must be PAID IN FULL 14 days before reservation date. Last minute rentals can be arranged, but ample planning insures equipment availability.

Securing your rental:  (These policies will be excepted for our established Clients, those that rent often and those that hold net 15 or net 30 accounts with us.)

  • First Time and "new" rental Clients will be required to produce photo identification:
    • Required - Drivers License with current and verifiable address.
  • Cash or credit cards accepted anytime. Checks will be accepted for payment if used for payment at least 3 weeks in advance of your event. If cash or check payment is accepted, a credit card will be required for "hold authorization*".
  • Credit card used to secure the rental, must be presented by card holder along with a valid driver's license upon equipment pickup or delivery. If pickup or accepting agent is different than original card holder, pickup or accepting agent must present his/her own credit card for "hold authorization*". May not apply to stage setups or rentals that involve ADEK setup and/or Tech support.
  • *Credit card will be subject to a "hold authorization" of $150 (min.) or greater depending upon rental amount.  "Hold Authorizations" are placed upon pickup or delivery date and are released in 5-7 business days. If your rental period exceeds 3 days, we will "hold authorize" an additional amount equal to two rental days, minimum $250. Some exceptions may apply. This policy is subject to change.

* Does not apply to long term rentals. Long term rental cancellations or reschedule dates must be made within 14 days of rental date. No exceptions. Deposit will be forfeited otherwise.

Equipment is thoroughly checked and demonstrated to Client prior to rental pickup and, if applicable, after rental delivery and setup.  Refunds or cancellations will not be honored due to Clients inability to successfully operate rented equipment.

SPECIAL EXCEPTION: If it is determined that the rental item is not in working order upon delivery/pickup, you must call us and return the non-working item immediately for replacement (same day). If applicable, batteries are not included.  A replacement item will be issued for the remainder of the rental period, if available. We cannot guarantee that an exact replacement item will be available for exchange at that time.  Once our staff has determined the non-working status of the item and if a replacement item is not available, a full refund for that rental item will be made. If it is determined that the item IS in working order and/or Client negligence or inability to operate the equipment is the result of "non-operation", the standard rental fee will apply.

Sound System/Reinforcement Services/Staging & Lighting A 50% deposit must be made to book your reservation. Payment in full must be made at least two weeks (14 days) in advance of your event - LARGE SCALE reservations require thirty (30) day advance payment. Some exceptions apply. Last minute dates can be arranged, but ample planning insures date and equipment availability.  A hold authorization equal to one hours reservation/tech support may be required for unexpected overtime fees as indicated on your invoice/contract.

  • Less than 48 hours before, no refund, no reschedule credit, no credit.

Contracted/On-Going Productions: Require a min. 72 hour notice of reschedule or a penalty fee of $250 will be assessed.
